He is also accountable for the training, development and consistent mentorship of the organization’s top-performing sales teams.

Prior to joining BridgePoint Technologies, Mr. Mathews held several roles at Aerotek Staffing, including serving as a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Recruiter. During his tenure at the staffing agency, Mr. Mathews was a consistent top producer, responsible for providing innovative human capital solutions to major clients within the manufacturing, distribution, and commercial verticals. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Central Missouri.
