Internet service provider transitions to online directory for listings in the communities it services
Prattsburgh, NY, February 1, 2024 – Empire Access, a Northeast fiber-based internet service provider, has transitioned its customer directory to a digital format. The directory, now available on Empire Access’ website here, provides visibility to the company’s list of business and residential customers which trust Empire Access to provide a full range of internet and related services. The directory is designed to provide an easy-to-use platform to locate Empire Access clients across the regions it serves in New York and Pennsylvania.
The new format provides a refreshed way to conveniently view Empire Access’ diverse customer list, featuring a search function and filters to narrow results to business or residential listings, which include listing names, locations, and account information. All Empire Access customers have already received notification of the change. The directory was previously only available in a printed format, and physical copies are still available to customers by request.
Empire Access is a regional fiber provider with customers across large areas of Northern Pennsylvania and upstate New York who traditionally may not have access to reliable internet. The company’s services include internet, security, phone plans, streaming, home automation, and more, which are available to residents and businesses in its growing service area. All new customers will be added to the online directory when services begin.
