Telecommunications Act of 1996

Ilissa began her career in telecom in 1996, just as the 1996 Telecom Act was put into effect. Recruited to work for an independent consultant, Ilissa wanted to learn an industry, and the owner of DLM agreed to provide training about the telecom sector along the way. Unbeknownst to her at the time, this germinated the combination of entrepreneurial spirit and digital infrastructure interest that permeates iMPR and the company’s culture today.
