Chief Technical Officer Sagi Brody Joins Colleagues in Discussing the Impact of Emerging Markets and Site Selection on April 14

Mr. Brody will join a panel of industry experts from Cavern Technologies, Compass Datacenters, New Continuum Holdings Corporation, DTZ and DJS Group LLC / Next Tier HD during the panel “The Impact of Emerging Markets & Site Selection: Analysis of the Methodology of New Development and Incentives Tied to Rising Submarkets”, taking place from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM. He will explore current topics affecting the data center development market including the advantages and disadvantages of staying in the Tri-State area; the recent rate and cause of migration out of the New York / New Jersey region; analysis of competitive markets; and key factors for developers’ site selection methodology, including connectivity, tax advantages / incentives, unique product offerings and tenant demand.
