CEO of TXW Don Eben to Speak on the Post-Transaction Synergy Panel April 15

TXW LogoTualatin, ORApril 13, 2015 – TXW Solutions (TXW), a leading engineering professional services and consulting company, announces the launch of its operations across the U.S. TXW will showcase its services at COMPTEL PLUS Business Expo 2015, taking place April 12-15, 2015 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, FL.

TXW provides its customers with the flexibility to utilize project-focused professional services and specializes in:

  • Network Engineering and Planning
  • Circuit Provisioning and Grooming
  • Operations and Support
  • System Architecture, Migration and Integration

TXW’s expert network engineering and consulting team is designed to assist ILECs, CLECs, wireless and large enterprise organizations by providing the leadership to help plan, the experienced teams to execute and the framework to manage and track projects to completion. This project-oriented approach provides organizations with immediate accountability and results when launching time-sensitive, mission-critical services and projects or when maintaining existing infrastructure. TXW specializes in providing a solution for companies in need of high-quality engineering, project management and implementation to complete a project.

“The telecommunications industry is experiencing growth in many specific areas. Industry survivors, particularly those in the fields of engineering and operations, have had to reduce qualified staff to maintain viability. As a result, companies are a lot more cautious when hiring additional operations and engineering support,” says Don Eben, CEO of TXW. “At the same time, operations and engineering teams are under a great deal of pressure to execute projects. Finding a trusted partner to provide support means they can achieve their goals without augmenting permanent staff for a temporary spike in work.”

TXW’s national network of experienced engineering teams is cross-trained on multiple systems and equipment, allowing the consultants to step in and immediately deploy the right solutions to maintain and support the network integrity of legacy systems or launch new projects. TXW engineers average 10-15 years of experience working across ILECs, CLECs, wireless and large enterprise networks and are trusted to execute projects on time and within budgetary constraints.

TXW has gained industry praise and rapid growth since its inception due to its innovative approach to project management.

“TXW is a single-source provider that delivers experts with the right experience and expertise to execute the project,” adds Eben. “We work as a team with our clients to understand their specific goals, enabling us to give them exactly what they need.”

Mr. Eben will participate as a guest speaker alongside experts from Global Capacity, Impact Telecom and Technologies Management, Inc. in the third in a series of three panel discussions, Post-Transaction Synergy, as part of COMPTEL’s Practical Magic –Realizing Ancillary Benefits from Mergers and Acquisitions workshop. On April 15, Mr. Eben will discuss post-transaction synergy as it relates to the integration and challenges of integrating networks, rates, billing and operating systems following a merger or acquisition. Mr. Eben holds an M.B.A, from Oklahoma City University and a B.S. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from John Brown University. His presentation will be based on 20 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, where he exceled in operational efficiencies in the areas of network planning and optimization, vendor and cost management, and implementation and strategic sales support.
