The Pacnet executive team will also be available for meetings with registered attendees, customers, media, and analysts during both events.
Mr. Fagan will be an executive speaker during the CDN World presentation titled “The Role of the CDN in the Content Delivery Value Chain”, taking place on Wednesday, June 26th at 3:10 PM. This segment will educate attendees about Pacnet’s advanced, turnkey CDN services and their role in enabling businesses to efficiently deliver content closer to customers in Asia as well as in multiple locations around the world.
The same afternoon at 3:30 PM, Mr. Fagan will join fellow executive panelists Thomas Guggino, Director, XO Communications/Concentric and Ronald Dibelka, Manager of Technical Planning for NECA, in exploring The Evolving Role of Caching Technologies – What Happens When Caching Can’t Solve All Problems? During the panel, Mr. Fagan will highlight Pacnet’s Content Delivery Services and their role in supporting efficient content caching leveraging the company’s strategically-dispersed cache servers across and the Asia-Pacific region, including China, Mumbai and its recently-deployed CDN Point of Presence (PoP) in Bangalore.
On June 27, 2013, Mr. Fagan will join an executive panel to discuss Connecting Chicago to Los Angeles, New York and other Major Markets: Analysis of “Gateway” Connectivity Opportunities & Challenges to Vital Markets at the 2nd Annual Greater Chicago Data Center Summit, taking place from 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM. Mr. Fagan will talk about Pacnet’s wholly-owned sub-sea cable systems and expanding portfolio of interconnected data centers, and how its unrivalled network and infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region is helping to build business ecosystems in Asia and the rest of the world.
Mr. Fagan brings over 15 years of diverse experience in both product management and financial management. Prior to Pacnet, he was Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Rackspace where he oversaw the management, strategy and growth of the company’s Asia-Pacific operations. He is currently responsible for the oversight of Pacnet’s managed services portfolio.
