Northeast DAS + Small Cell Forum Transferred to iMiller Public Relations

iMPR Promises Commitment to Fostering Grass Roots Development for  Wireless Technology

Mamaroneck, New York – May 1, 2013 – iMiller Public Relations (iMPR), a leading international marketing and public relations firm serving the telecommunications and technology industries, announces its acquisition of the Northeast DAS & Small Cell Forum (NEDAS), an association of Northeast DAS, small cell professionals, and end- users to foster learning, networking, socializing, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas in a mutually supportive environment.  NEDAS hosts multiple events per year, including two annual conferences focused on in-building wireless and small cell communication solutions and four social events in cities that include Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; and Washington D.C.

Founded in 2012 by Ezra Hug, NEDAS has grown to include major and emerging companies with services, cell sites, and solutions available throughout the Northeast region of the United States.  Supported by annual sponsors in conjunction with individual event sponsors, the forum works with industry thought leaders, emerging players, and innovators to identify and set standards for DAS and small cell technology.

“NEDAS has quickly established itself as a positive, nonpartisan, and invigorating environment in which local industry professionals can learn, discuss, debate, socialize, and collaborate with their peers,” comments Ezra Hug, Founder of the Northeast DAS & Small Cell Forum. “After vetting a number of qualified suitors, iMiller Public Relations was chosen to further and expand upon NEDAS’ grass roots initiatives in the wireless telecom industry through networking, public outreach, and education about the DAS and small cell industry.”

2013 annual sponsors of NEDAS include platinum partners AT&T Wireless, iBwave, SOLiD, Squan, STEALTH® Concealment Solutions, and TESSCO.  Gold circle sponsors for 2013 include ADRF, Corning Mobile Access Wireless Solutions, and TE Connectivity.  The Forum’s 2013 silver circle sponsors are ATEC Wireless, Crown Castle, Hutton, and Waveguide.

“The demand for wireless technology continues to grow with consumers and businesses commanding access to more bandwidth in order to transmit a greater amount of information,” adds Ilissa Miller, CEO of iMiller Public Relations.  “DAS and small cell professionals are the cornerstone to enabling better and more reliable communications in the face of increased capacity and increasingly complex coverage demands.  It is an honor to run with the torch and continue to drive NEDAS’ grass roots initiatives to educate, collaborate, and provide networking opportunities for today’s wireless technology thought leaders.”

The Forum’s calendar of events continues with its D.C. DAS + Small Cell Spring Social at Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill on May 9, 2013.   The event is free to select industries; others may register with a nominal attendee fee of $65.00.  Both annual and event sponsorships are still available.
