Audited and confirmed by A-lign, an independent and accredited certification body based in the United States, the certifications demonstrate Infomart Data Centers’ ongoing commitment to ensuring its infrastructure meets rigorous industry standards for security, environmental controls, availability, and data privacy.

Under SSAE 16, data center providers that host systems relevant to their customers’ financial reporting are responsible for control over those systems, including physical security and environmental controls. Infomart Dallas’ SSAE 16 accreditations demonstrate compliance with the certifications’ standards for design and execution of operational controls, as well as its ability to offer customers the highest levels of security and availability. The data center offers an aggressive 100% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) and has been operating without an SLA event for over six years.
Achieving PCI DSS compliance affirms the suitability of Infomart Dallas’ design as well as the
operating effectiveness of controls in accordance with PCI Security Standards Council standards. The designation ensures Infomart Dallas’ safe handling of sensitive customer information and proactive protection of customer account data.
