Industry Veteran to Drive Growth of Dark Fiber and Managed Services Solutions to Support Customers’ New and Emerging Web Initiatives

Drawing upon 25+ years of telecom and leadership experience, Jim is responsible for the further growth of FiberLight’s robust portfolio of dark fiber, wavelength and metro Ethernet solutions. Jim’s focus is on broadening relationships with data center and content providers, mobile and terrestrial carriers, cable MSOs and next-gen communications providers requiring higher-bandwidth capabilities to enable new and emerging web initiatives.

Prior to joining FiberLight, Jim was VP of North American Sales and Global Channels at BTI Systems, where he focused on developing global alliances, channel partners and direct sales for the company’s SDN- and NFV-enabled data center and cloud infrastructure solutions with the world’s largest Web 2.0, data center and communications service providers. He also served as the SVP of Commercial and Government Sales at Frontier Communications and held various leadership roles at Fujitsu, including SVP of Marketing and SVP of Sales. Jim began his career in telecommunications managing sales programs for AT&T Network Systems (now Nokia).
