At 4G World, Mr. Neill will join fellow panelists Rob Riordan, Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Development at Cellcom; Biren Sood, CEO at Vasona Networks; and moderator Phil Marshall, Chief Research Officer at Tolaga Research, on the panel, ‘Optimizing Mobile Video and Multimedia Experience’.  The session takes place Wednesday, September 10, from 4:00 PM – 4:50 PM in Palazzo Ballroom P in the convention center.  The panel discussion is set to explore the broadband capabilities of 4G and how they are fuelling a rise in demand for mobile video and multimedia services.  The panelists will investigate a variety of optimization techniques, including CDN, eMBMS, compression, pacing and time shifting, and how they impact mobile video and multimedia service offers.
