Dave Ballantine, Russell Jay and Richard Miller Join CTG’s Consulting Group

Key Executive Appointments:
CTG welcomes a number of key players to its Consulting team: Dave Ballantine, Russell Jay and Richard Miller.

Dave Ballantine joins Competitive Telecoms Group as VP of Consulting Services.  Mr. Ballantine is the former Senior Vice President of Sales Strategies and Carrier Services at Allstream.  He has also held previous roles with Stentor and Concert in both the UK as well as the Americas. 

“Mr. Ballantine brings knowledge and relationships that can help elevate Competitive Telecoms Group to the next level in consulting services,” DeMartino adds.

Russell Jay, former VP of Business Services at Orange (France Telecom) handling asset management and real estate, will also be joining Competitive Telecoms Group as VP of Asset Management and Real Estate.  

“Russell’s diverse experience at Orange, Concert, MCI and IBM adds another dimension to our capabilities,” acknowledges DeMartino.

Richard Miller, an investment banker and strategic marketing executive, will also be joining the group as Executive Advisor, Mergers and Acquisitions.  He is a founding partner at Whetstone Capital Advisors, LLC, which specializes in merger and acquisition as well as strategic marketing work for mid-market telecom technology companies.  Mr. Miller held past senior positions as an Executive Vice President at Agilis International (acquired by Infogix) and Executive Vice President at Fiducinet, Inc., a provider of compliance and risk management solutions to communications service providers (acquired by Neustar in 2005).
