Presented by Capacity Media, the leading source of information for the global telecommunications community, ITW will converge over 6,000 delegates from 1,870+ companies representing over 140 countries at its 2015 conference. The event will be held jointly at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Swissôtel in Chicago, IL May 10-13.
The ITW media room, located in the Swissôtel Chicago, is connected to the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The media room is open exclusively to press, media and authorised, qualified individuals representing publications interested in covering the global wholesale telecom landscape. It will be open from Sunday, May 10 through Wednesday, May 13 from 8am to 8pm and will host one-on-one meetings, press conferences and provide workspace with Internet for accredited press and media. For the first time since ITW’s inception, sponsors and attendees will have the opportunity to meet with attending press in addition to being able to submit news for the ITW Show Daily and build visibility by posting press releases in the online press room. A select few companies will also be offered the opportunity to host live press conferences during the conference.
“The addition of the ITW media room to the conference program marks a major milestone for International Telecoms Week and creates added value for our sponsors, exhibitors, attendees and media partners,” says Rosalind Irving, CEO of Capacity Media. “The main objective of the ITW media room is to foster connections between the press and media to the wholesale telecommunications and carrier communities by providing a platform where the industry’s latest developments can be discussed and reported.
