The global telecom industry’s largest meeting, International Telecoms Week (ITW), is less than one month away.  ITW 2016 is set to take place May 8-11, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Swissôtel in Chicago. If you haven't yet begun planning your news pipeline for ITW 2016, now is the time.

The ITW Show Daily deadline to submit your company’s news and product / service announcements is Wednesday, April 20, 2016 by 5 p.m. ET.

• Request an interview with a media outlet
  • There are a few ways for you to request an interview with the media.  The MeetMe System offers you a central location to contact and schedule meetings with registered attendees of ITW 2016, including the media.  To request a copy of the registered press, please visit this link.
• Submit Press Releases and Press Kits to the media
  • You can submit your press release electronically in PDF format directly via the Submit a Press Release page or you may email relevant information to ITW2016PR@imillerpr.com and Jason.Mcgee-Abe@capacitymedia.com by 11:59 PM, May 3, 2016.  After May 3rd, you can drop off materials directly in the press room, located in the Swissôtel’s Lucerne ballroom during normal hours of operation.
• Submit press releases for consideration to the ITW Daily by April 20, 2016
