Tricia GaNun is a senior marketing leader with more than 20 years of global experience across technology, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure.
At iMPR, she leads Event Marketing and Partner Engagement, driving global event strategy, sponsorship execution, and industry partnerships that elevate client visibility and business growth. She works closely with clients to develop impactful event programs that generate pipeline, strengthen partnerships, and maximize ROI.
Prior to iMPR, Tricia served as Head of Marketing, Americas at Telstra, where she led global and regional marketing strategy, elevated brand presence at major global industry events, and executed large-scale tradeshows and executive programs.

Kwan Fai Cheng is Director of Digital Operations at iMiller Public Relations (iMPR), where he oversees the systems and infrastructure that support iMPR’s digital platforms, websites, analytics environments, and internal workflows. With nearly 30 years of experience in PR, marketing, and digital infrastructure, she has led global campaigns across the data center, cloud, and telecom sectors.
Ilissa brings direct expertise in data center operations, global carrier networks, internet interconnection, and subsea cable systems. She uses this experience to help companies succeed in a fast-paced and complex digital infrastructure ecosystem. She is also known for developing a high-performing team built on industry foresight and strong communications acumen.
