Bluebird Network to Acquire Illinois Network Alliance LLC
COLUMBIA, MISSOURI — Bluebird Network LLC, a Midwest telecommunications company, is excited to announce the signing of a Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of Illinois Network Alliance (INA). This integration of INA under Bluebird ownership will bring even greater cohesion and operational efficiencies to the Bluebird portfolio of services.
With a continued strategic focus on the Midwest, the acquisition will empower Bluebird to further strengthen its fiber services and high-bandwidth network solutions for cell towers, hospitals, schools, government facilities and other businesses. While Bluebird has always served as manager of INA, this new ownership role will enable Bluebird to strategically expand its capabilities and offerings between INA and other Bluebird infrastructures. Both respective networks will be grown together and expanded further into new and underserved areas. COLUMBIA, MISSOURI — Bluebird Network, a Midwest telecommunications company, is excited to announce a major expansion of its Bluebird Underground Data Center in Springfield, Missouri. This expansion is to serve the rapidly growing enterprise and cloud service customer base.
Over 11,500 square feet of additional white space is being added, increasing the data center to over 29,000 square feet of white space. In addition, significant mechanical, electrical and generation capabilities are included, bringing the 85 ft-deep underground data center to full Tier 3 capabilities.

She is a versatile leader bringing three decades of experience across various industries and is dedicated to supporting the vision, values and culture that leads to success.
Cooper previously served Fidelity Communications Co. as the Vice President of Finance/CFO and Director of Regulatory Accounting. She provided oversight for finance and revenue planning and was part of a dynamic team that delivered strategic direction to Fidelity.
